FAQ
Proposed capabilities

A clearer view of your next digital team.

Your questions about SAMs, ANNA OS and the ASAMIA vision, answered.

What is a SAM?

A Super Agent Model is ASAMIA’s name for a configured digital team member. Its role combines instructions, knowledge, tools, memory, communication channels and operating rules.

What is ANNA OS?

The proposed operating layer that coordinates SAMs, model routing, knowledge access, tools and governance inside ASAMIA.

Can I create a custom role?

That is the purpose of Michael, the Role Architect. Describe the job, review the design and test the role before deployment.

Can a SAM do any office job?

SAMs are intended to support a broad range of computer- and phone-based tasks. Suitability depends on the workflow, systems, permissions and quality requirements. A role title does not establish expert performance or remove professional accountability.

Can I train a SAM by speaking to it?

Conversational guidance is part of the proposed experience. Updates become reviewable instructions, knowledge or skills; they do not automatically retrain a foundation model.

Can I bring my own model?

Compatible model endpoints are part of the planned architecture. Supported capabilities, access controls and data handling must be validated for the selected provider.

Will each SAM have its own phone and email?

Dedicated role identities can be configured where supported. Numbers, mailbox services, verification requirements and usage charges depend on the deployment.

Does ASAMIA replace my existing tools?

It can combine a configured business suite with connections to existing systems. The deployment plan determines which records and functions remain in each system.

Can I approve important actions?

Approval rules are central to the design. Define which actions need a person, who can approve them and how expired or rejected requests are handled.

Does the agent learn on its own?

The intended learning loop proposes improvements from experience. New skills and consequential behaviour changes are tested and approved before production release.

Are all channels and integrations available now?

No availability claim is made for the whole proposed catalogue. Each connection must show its own live, pilot, planned or custom status and supported actions.

Is ASAMIA SOC 2, GDPR or HIPAA compliant?

Do not assume a compliance status from the proposed architecture or a supplier’s credentials. Request the current ASAMIA evidence and assess the specific service, contract and data flow.

How quickly can I deploy?

Timing depends on the role, knowledge, integrations and review requirements. The goal is a single release action after readiness checks—not automatic production access without setup.

How do I get started?

Bring a workflow to a tailored demo. Define a baseline, agree the operating boundaries and evaluate a focused pilot.
